Whats it about Mumbai in the rains that makes one so mushy! It's raining and the mood is set for romance. Mumbai is to die for in the rains. The view outside my window is just amazing. Clouds are lying low over the mountains. There is a slight drizzle now but the last showers seem to have  left a wet blanket all over. Raindrops on leaves look like tiny pearls and the air is filled with the sweet fragrance of the wet soil .As I sit by my window  dreaming of romance , my thoughts travel to my all time favourite song 'rhimzhim geere saawan' from the film manzil where you have a tall and lanky Amitabh Bachhan holding a very short and pretty Moushumi Chatterji's hand,  wandering all over the city as the rains lash out . Mumbai has never looked so beautiful in any film ever! Ever since, I wanted a guy who towered over me and was as eager to get  wet in the rains as me. But alas! You know guys; either the guy is tall but hates the rains..or he is short and still doesnt like the rains ! What is with guys and rains that makes them stay holed up at home!  Oh, give me rains anytime !

Shopping spree

Yesterday for the first time I shopped with an agenda in hand and completely stuck to it.I came back with load of goodies for  my nieces and friend's kids. The strength of will-power!  Not that I do not shop for family and friends but usually I rarely leave myself out.Shopping is primarily a way to vent out my feelings. I shop when I am happy.I shop when I am sad.  My fluctuating emotions tend to tip the balance of my budget more often than once. I am an impulsive & compulsive shopper . Wonder what that means. However this was an amazing experience and an achievement in itself.

Also I do believe that whatever you give out you get back! My fingers are crossed!

Got up t0 an awakening after so many years of existence on planet earth that the more you run after love..the more it evades you..Once you realise this..it's bliss. Feeling so light and refreshed . Ready for love to pursue me!
